With the continuous advancement of my country's shoemaking technology, labor protection shoes have gradually diversified in variety, with good safety protection performance, widely used in machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, mining, oil fields, power and other industries. Three protections of labor protection shoes
1. Anti-smashing
Adopting industry standards (protective toe safety shoes LD50-94), the lining of the toe protection safety shoes is steel toe caps, which have both static pressure resistance and impact resistance, anti-puncture, anti-smashing, and very safe. After inspection, the pressure resistance is 10KN, and the toe impact resistance is 23KG. After the impact hammer freely falls from a height of 450MM and impacts the toe, the deformation gap in the shoe is >=15MM. It is mainly suitable for use in heavy industries such as mining, mechanical construction safety, metallurgy, steel, port hoisting, etc., and plays a role in protecting the safety of toes. The leather shoes have rubber and elastomer support inside, which are comfortable to wear and do not affect daily labor operations.
2. Anti-puncture
Protect the soles of the feet from being stabbed by sharp objects, and can withstand a maximum puncture force of 1100N, which is a national special grade standard.
3. Anti-static
Anti-static leather shoes are produced according to GB4385-1995 standard. Under normal circumstances, the resistance of conductive shoes should not be greater than 100K ohms; the resistance of anti-static shoes should be between 100K ohms and 100M ohms. This product has good air permeability, anti-static, wear-resistant, anti-slip and other functions. It is mainly suitable for aviation, aerospace hazardous chemical industries to avoid flammable and explosive accidents caused by static electricity.
